What happens when the trial ends?

We email you 7 days and 1 day before. Add a card any time in Plan & billing. If you don't, new staff can't join and your team goes back to the free course; you can still sign in. Nothing is deleted for 90 days.

Do you charge per staff member?

No. One price per location, however many people join.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes: $290 a year per location, two months free.

Which currencies and taxes?

Prices show in your local currency at checkout. Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies, and your invoice shows it.

Can I cancel?

Any time, in two clicks. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
